No Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products and for health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please follow the steps below to request a refund or replacement.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

  1. Contact Us: Email us at sales@goldfernhoney.com within seven days of receiving a damaged or defective product.
  2. Provide Information: Include a photo of the damaged or defective item and your receipt or proof of purchase.
  3. Resolution: Upon approval, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
